Beware of DHL delivery drivers! , I ordered from Glamira for a specific day to be delivered on my day off work. The 15th November. It arrived 1 day early and was given to a neighbour, when the contents were valued at 1000+ euros. If any neighbours wanted to lie and say they never received anything - my engagement ring would be gone. I'm very blessed to have trustworthy neighbours in this instance. Please be careful and mindful when ordering, the huge amount of money I spent for it to be handed off to anybody in the neighbourhood is crazy. Thankfully we have a happy ending this time

I order a engagement ring from Glamira which i was totally satisfied from the communications to the presentation off the ring my partner was absolutely delighted with the design off the ring. Unfortunately the ring didn't fit on my behalf which at first I panicked thinking I wouldn't be able to get the ring fixed.But simply filling out the proper return form giving your issue they where 100% from printing a courier label to arranging for pick up.At the moment the ring is in a process which I can visibly see what stage my ring is at.Hopefully my ring will be sorted soon and I would definitely be ordering wedding band in the future as it hassle free with good quality jewelry at low cost..Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hesitated to buy in this place as it was my first time buying gold online but the service was outstanding since I placed the order. I got my item and it was quite big as I got confuse with EU size but I followed the resizing option available and they sent me a new one with the right size. I was very surprised the amazing customer service Glamira have as they will sending updates all the time to let me know what was the status of my return. The ring is really gorgeous. I chose an Amethyst centre stone with emerald side stones which my husband bought for me from the kids for Mothers Day.The stones are beautiful, it fits perfectly and i've had many compliments about it already. The original delivery date was changed which I was notified about and given a later delivery date which was still in time for Mother's day. The ring didn't arrive in time for the day unfortunately but I know deliveries are delayed worldwide due to covid. A small hiccup but doesn't detract from the beautiful ring. I'm delighted with it.

Giving credit where it's due. Ring arrived on time. It looks as good in reality as it does on the website. The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop.
It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2).
Overall great online shopping experience. The online ring building/customisation app is second to none.

To all those couples out there looking for something different. I highly recommend Glamira. The Amelie ring we chose is beautiful. I fell in Love with it the moment i saw it and my fiancé said it was made for "me" the complements i have received too were all good . Although you will need to be patient because it says on the site that it is ready to ship in 5-7 days. It will take longer than that to make and ship. We ordered our ring in the last week of January and it came a few days before Valentine's. It was a little stressful the waiting but the customer services were outstanding and the followed up on all of my requests. We will certainly be purchasing our wedding rings here also.

I got engaged about 3 weeks ago and this is the perfect ring for me! The shape, the price, and the ability to customize was what attracted me most to it. I bought the white gold, white sapphire model and it looks so lovely on my hand! The only things I would have changed I realized is the cut of the stone doesn't do it for me at certain angles, but that's bound to happen when buying online. The band is also thicker than I was imagining on my finger but it looks great none-the-less.
